Training Social Leaders

Last summer 2016, the International Programme for Social Innovation, through its director Maestro Oscar Felipe García, participated in an International Conference held at the Miami Intercontinental Hotel, which gathered over 1,200 social leaders, by issues such as "Healthy Organizations" and "Human Development and Organization" in which Maestro García, invited participants to an exercise of reflection and analysis of the future of social welfare in the world.

At the meeting, directors, employees, volunteers and supporters of the actions of social welfare organizations, they charted a strategic route versus approach to contemporary social issues, and in turn, more than 50 countries from all continents recognized the importance of the work UDG has been doing since its various departments and leadership that has taken worldwide on issues of social innovation.
